All eligible items must be returned for a credit or exchanged for a different size. There are no refunds. After 7 days, returns or exchanges are not eligible for a credit and can no longer be returned. Items can be returned to the Sevierville store, but must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition and have the original tags attached.
All returns must have proof of original receipt to receive an online store credit.
All sale items are final and not returnable.
All hats (baseball caps, beanies, etc.) are final sale and can not be returned.
