Damaged or Defective Items
Online Returns
- All eligible items must be returned for a credit or exchanged for a different size. There are no refunds. From the day the items are received, you have 7 days to contact us at (865) 428-3535 or info@simplysnootyboutique to receive a credit or exchange. After 7 days, returns or exchanges are not eligible for a credit and can no longer be returned. Items can be returned to the Sevierville store, but must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition and have the original tags attached.
- All returns must have proof of original receipt to receive an online store credit.
- All sale items are final and not returnable.
- All hats (baseball caps, beanies, etc.) are final sale and can not be returned.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The original shipping is non refundable.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return. Once it has been received, an email will be sent regarding information of the credit.
